Takeaway loyalty programme
Every collection is a customer worth keeping.
Takeaways win on convenience, but convenience cuts both ways: customers drift to whichever takeaway they remember first on a Friday night. Taployalty gives your takeaway a branded digital loyalty card that saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so every qualifying purchase earns a stamp and every stamp is a reason to order from you again rather than search around.

What Taployalty does for takeaways
We design and set up a branded digital loyalty card for your takeaway. Customers join by scanning the QR code on your counter, menu or receipt and the card saves straight to their phone's wallet — no customer app, no sign-up forms, no paper cards.
You decide what counts as a qualifying purchase and what it earns: stamps per collection or order, or points against spend. From your dashboard you can send push notifications about offers and new menu items, invite Google reviews, and run a referral programme on higher plans.
How your customers join and use rewards
Joining happens at the counter or at handover, and it takes seconds.
- 01
Scan the QR code
The customer scans the QR code displayed at your counter or printed on receipts and menus. Their branded card opens on their phone immediately.
- 02
Save it to their wallet
One tap saves the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so it is there on their phone the next time they are deciding what to order.
- 03
Orders earn stamps
Each qualifying purchase earns a stamp. When the card fills, the customer claims their reward on a future order and a fresh card begins.
What your staff actually do
Takeaway staff juggle phones, fryers and a queue. Loyalty must not add friction, and with Taployalty it does not.
- 01
One tap per order
Staff open the Taployalty scanner app and tap once to stamp the customer's card when they collect or the order is handed over.
- 02
Payment and platforms unchanged
Customers pay exactly as they do now. Taployalty stamps loyalty independently of how the order was placed or paid for.
- 03
Rewards redeemed at handover
When a customer claims a reward, staff mark it redeemed in the scanner app. Their card history is visible, so there is no debate at a busy counter.
Reward ideas for takeaways
You set qualifying purchases and thresholds. These examples illustrate the formats takeaway owners most often pick.
Illustrative examples only
Order card
A stamp per order, with the reward — for example a free side or money off — unlocking after a set number of orders.
Big-order bonus
Points against spend, so larger family orders earn noticeably more than a single snack, encouraging bigger baskets.
Midweek stamp offers
Pair the card with push notifications to lift quiet midweek nights with an extra stamp or a time-limited reward.
Gift cards
Branded digital gift cards that locals can buy for family and friends as an easy present.
These are illustrative examples only. Qualifying purchases, thresholds and rewards are yours to set, and we configure the card with you. Taployalty handles loyalty in your own venue; it is not an integration with third-party delivery platforms.
What is included
Every takeaway plan includes the core digital card; the features below are part of the product you can switch on.

No app download
Nothing to install. The card saves straight to the wallet already on their phone.

Tell card holders about a new dish, a midweek offer or a weekend promotion.
Review collection
Invite customers to leave a Google review with a push notification you send and control.
Referral programme
On the Grow plan and above, customers can refer friends to your takeaway.
Frequently asked questions
Does the customer need an app?
No. They scan your QR code and the card saves directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Does this work with delivery apps such as Just Eat or Uber Eats?
Taployalty rewards purchases made directly with your takeaway. It is not an integration with third-party delivery platforms, and orders placed through those apps are not automatically tracked. Customers who order or collect directly earn rewards as normal.
Will it slow down our counter at peak times?
No. Stamping is one tap in the scanner app per order, done after payment, so it never holds up the queue.
How long does setup take?
Send us your logo and brand colours and we build your branded card, with a QR code, printable counter display and a short staff guide.
What does it cost?
The Start plan covers a single loyalty card, with Grow and Business plans adding more cards and features such as referrals. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required — pricing is in the pricing section.
Can customers join without buying anything?
Yes. Anyone can scan the QR code and save the card, so they are ready to start earning on their next order.
