Bakery loyalty system
Turn the daily loaf into a daily habit.
Bakery customers buy often — which makes them perfect candidates for loyalty — but paper stamp cards rarely survive the bread bag. Taployalty gives your bakery a branded digital loyalty card that saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so every sourdough, pastry and celebration cake moves the customer towards a reward they will actually claim.

What Taployalty does for bakeries
We design and set up a branded digital loyalty card for your bakery. Customers join by scanning your QR code at the counter or tapping an NFC tag, and the card saves straight to their phone's wallet. No customer app, no punch cards, no plastic.
You choose what earns rewards: a stamp per visit, a stamp per item such as a loaf or coffee, or points against spend. From your dashboard you can send push notifications about batch bakes and seasonal specials, invite Google reviews, and run referrals on higher plans.
How your customers join and use rewards
Bakery queues move quickly, so joining and earning are both designed for the counter.
- 01
Scan the QR code at the counter
A new customer scans the QR code beside your till with their phone camera. Their branded bakery card opens on the spot.
- 02
Save it to their wallet
One tap saves the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It then sits on their phone, ready for tomorrow morning's visit.
- 03
Purchases earn rewards
Each qualifying purchase earns a stamp. When the card fills, the customer claims their reward on a future visit and a new card starts.
What your staff actually do
Bakery teams work in short, sharp interactions. The Taployalty workflow matches that rhythm.
- 01
One tap per purchase
Staff open the Taployalty scanner app and tap once to add the stamp. The customer can show their card's code from their wallet.
- 02
Payment unchanged
Customers pay as usual. Stamping happens after the sale, so the morning queue keeps moving.
- 03
Rewards claimed at the counter
When a customer claims a reward, staff mark it redeemed in the scanner app and the card resets automatically.

We sell everything from bread to birthday cakes. Will one card suit?
Yes. You can set the card to stamp per visit, per item category or by spend, so it works whether the customer buys a roll or a tiered cake.
How long does setup take?
Send us your logo and brand colours and we build your branded card, with a QR code, a printable counter display and a short staff guide.
What does it cost?
The Start plan covers a single loyalty card, with Grow and Business plans adding more cards and features such as referrals. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required — pricing is in the pricing section.
Can we run weekend or seasonal promotions?
